Connect Jobber to an AI assistant without copying records by hand
We found little consequential Canadian news from October 26–November 2 worth adding to your tool list. This edition focuses on an existing capability we haven't covered here before, rather than presenting an older release as this week's news.
Jobber announced its ChatGPT and Claude connections on October 7 and 8. Its October 21 help guide confirms you can ask about business records and create some records from either assistant. One useful example is turning a work-order email into a request. The connection uses an approved sign-in rather than a browser agent.

You could spend less time entering requests or searching for outstanding work. We’d check the handoff and record accuracy before recommending it for daily use.

Use five fictional work-order emails. Create requests, then check customer, property and scope details. Success means five correct records, no duplicates and less total entry-and-review time than your current process.
Canadian availability and cost
Jobber lists Core, Connect, Grow and Plus as eligible, and says free ChatGPT and Claude accounts work. The guide doesn't state a Canadian exclusion, but explicit Canadian connector eligibility should be confirmed in your account.
