Onboarding Training Technicians

When a new person joins the crew, some questions come up repeatedly. A shared reference could give them a clear place to start before calling the owner or lead technician.

Choose a few repeat questions

Start with company routines: where photos belong, what to put in job notes, how to record a purchase and who approves a change. Build short instructions that match your actual process.

Keep the reference current

Store approved manufacturer information and procedures where the team can find them. Assign someone to maintain the material. Search or voice features may help in a supported tool, but check what the system actually retrieves.

Make escalation part of the guide

A searchable resource is not an instant expert or a replacement for training, qualified supervision or current technical instructions. Be clear about when a person needs to stop and ask for help.
